Looking for an expert in Social Media Marketing with focus on Real Estate, and long history of experience, successful track record and using the latest tools to create effective Sales Funnels with all forms of online marketing available, from SEO, PPC, Viral Videos, Blogs, etc leveraging A.I. Tools and more.
The Initial work will be significant but afterwards would look to optimize and maintain with less work per month.
This will initially start part time but will eventually go more and more time and later full time. Opportunity for bonuses on success!
Using Salesforce Experience Cloud and setting up an Advanced SEO database within our Salesforce org to dominate our designated markets online for both onpage offpage and paid with our keyword research using SEM rush and best tools in the business, as well as AI to create unique content -both text and video for each page to make it unique.
We can work together for about 25% of the initial startup work if thats ok so we can be on the same page initially.
Responsibilities
- Create, Manage, Optimize Online Marketing for our immediate and long term goals using the latest technology and A.I.--
- Acquisition of Real Estate through Google PPC & SEO
- Disposition of Real Estate (through FaceBook, and Sales Funnels)
- SMM (Social Media Marketing Manager): using Zoho Social and Everything, posting daily, viral, tik tok, videos etc writing blogs video blogs real estate: Experience with AI Tools like Jasper.ai, ChatGPT, Repurpose.io, and many more AI content creation tools for SEO, text, video and more.
- Salesforce Database/SEO Integration: Work closely with our Salesforce System to integrate our Database of Keywords, descriptions, etc with our Websites/SEO
- Sales Funnels: Create, Maintain, & Optimize entire Sales Funnels, including but not limited to automatic emails, texts, videos, blogs, SMM posts, etc.
- Website Design & Administration: Develop, Improve, Maintain several websites for a group of companies mostly in ecommerce for Real Estate related. We use both WordPress using elementor, as well as Salesforce Experience Cloud and only one at the moment is ecommerce.
- Email Account Administration: Setup, Manage Domains and Email Accounts
- Domain health using reputable domain status checking tools like https://mxtoolbox.com/emailhealth
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) Work: work with existing and newer technologies including but not limited to Chat GPT and other AI systems to connect with our Salesforce Database and create marketing, research, and help us reach our goals.
