Role Overview:

We're seeking an innovative AI & GHL Automation Architect to architect, build, and optimize our marketing technology stack. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical marketing automation across our portfolio of brands.

• You'll lead the charge on integrating Claude AI, ChatGPT, and other LLMs with GoHighLevel to create intelligent, automated marketing systems that drive engagement at scale.

GoHighLevel Architecture & Development

• Build and optimize GHL sub-accounts for multiple brands (SaveMySurplus, MrBuyer.com, and others)
• Design sophisticated automation workflows for multi-channel campaigns
• Implement advanced funnel strategies, pipelines, and membership sites
• Configure custom objects, triggers, and actions within GHL

AI Integration & Innovation

• Integrate Claude API, OpenAI, and other LLMs with GHL workflows
• Develop AI-powered email/SMS sequences that adapt based on recipient behavior
• Create intelligent lead scoring and routing systems using machine learning
• Build automated content generation pipelines for campaigns

Multi-Channel Marketing Automation

• Architect mass email campaigns (50k+ contacts) with proper deliverability protocols
• Design SMS/MMS texting workflows with opt-in/opt-out compliance
• Implement Ringless Voicemail (RVM) campaigns across all brands
• Build direct mail automation workflows (postcards, letters) through GHL integrations
• Create unified cross-channel customer journeys

Technical Operations

• Maintain API connections between GHL and external services
• Monitor deliverability metrics and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot automation failures with root cause analysis
• Document all systems and processes for team reference

Secondary: Salesforce Support

• Maintain existing Salesforce integrations and workflows
• Support data synchronization between Salesforce and GHL
• Assist with Salesforce reporting when needed (approximately 10-15% of role)
